Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

b. For defective or damaged items, please include a photo of the issue in your email.
Return Shipping:
a. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
b. For customer remorse returns (wrong product, doesn't fit), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Used Products: We do not accept returns for used products, unless the item is within the 30-day warranty period and has a valid defect, such as a broken seam.
Return Fees:
a. For defective or damaged products, no return fees will be charged.
b. If the product has no issues and the customer is returning it due to personal reasons, or if the customer purchased the wrong product due to not reviewing the product description carefully, the customer will be responsible for the return fees:

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
