Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. For defective or damaged items, please include a photo of the issue in your email.

Used Products: We do not accept returns for used products, unless the item is within the 30-day warranty period and has a valid defect, such as a broken seam.

Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2hours after placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

Address Error / Change
If you find the shipping address incorrect or need to change it after placing an order, please contact us to modify it within 2 hours.
Once the order has been processed or is out for delivery, no address changes will be allowed and no refunds will be accepted.

Return Fees:
a. For defective or damaged products, no return fees will be charged.
b. If the product has no issues and the customer is returning it due to personal reasons, or if the customer purchased the wrong product due to not reviewing the product description carefully, the customer will be responsible for the return fees.

Order cancellation:
Since payment for the order is processed through the bank and does not directly go into our account, a handling fee will be deducted for the refund.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. If return fees apply, the refund amount will be calculated as: Order Amount - Return Fees.
