WHERE CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
Currently, our courier service supports deliveries to the United States.
Shipping to APO, FPO & DPO addresses is unavailable at this moment.

SHIPPING COSTS
We ship from within the United States.Free delivery within the United States. 

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL,GOFO,SPEEDX,UNIUNI. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.

SHIPPING

  • Usually, after the order is placed, We ship the same day.(except on weekends)
  • Shipping time: 3-5 Business Days
  • Items are generally shipped within the aforementioned timeframe. However, due to possible circumstances such as inclement weather and difficult transportation road conditions, there may be a 2-3 day delay.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information. You can track your order on our website or contact us if you haven't received your tracking information.

DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries typically occur during business hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

IF NO ONE IS HOME FOR DELIVERY
In general, couriers will prioritize leaving packages at your doorstep, in the entryway hallway, near the entrance, close to the building's lobby storage area, or in a visible location near your door. If there is a mailbox at your entrance, please note that USPS deliveries will be placed in the mailbox first, followed by the other aforementioned options.

CORRECTING DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. We will update your information if you reach out within the 5-hour Change of Mind Period after purchase. After that period, no changes can be made to your order.

BILLING ADDRESS
To minimize fraud, billing addresses are non-editable. All submitted details are final.

CHANGING ADDRESS AFTER SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Per our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order. The buyer is solely responsible for providing the correct address.
