Warranty Service

1. Warranty Period & Eligibility

• Effective Date: This warranty policy applies to all products purchased on our independent website starting from October 2025.
• Coverage Duration: We provide a warranty period of 6 months (half a year) from the date of your purchase. During this period, non-human damage to the product will be covered by our warranty service.
• Exclusion: The warranty does not apply to damages caused by human factors, including but not limited to:
  • Improper use (e.g., failure to follow the product Installation Tutorial Video for operation).
  • Accidental drops, collisions, or scratches due to careless handling.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.

2. Warranty Claim Process

1. Provide Proof of Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged product, including:
   • Close-up shots of the damaged parts (to show the extent and cause of damage).
2. Verification & Confirmation: Our after-sales team will review your submission within 1-3 business days. We will contact you via email to confirm whether the damage meets our warranty conditions.

3. Warranty Solutions

• Repair Service: If the damaged product can be repaired to restore its normal function, we will arrange for professional repair and cover all related repair costs (including parts and labor).
• Replacement Service: If the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired (e.g., core components are broken beyond repair), we will send you a brand-new replacement product free of charge. The replacement will be shipped via the same logistics method as your original order, and we will bear all shipping fees.
